Mont Sainte-Victoire Seen from the Bibemus Quarry is one of the series of oil paintings by Cezanne. Mont Sainte-Victoire is a mountain in France. Cezanne could see the mountain from his house. It has been a source of inspiration for Cezanne for his paintings. In this painting Cezanne comes closer to the peak. Cezanne uses geometry to describe the nature, and uses different colours to represent the depth of objects. Now in the collection of the Baltimore Museum of Art.
