Bouchers Blue Comet modelt den echten New Jersey Central Express Zug, der Spieler und Urlauber von New York nach Atlantic City, New Jersey in den 1920er und frühen 30er Jahren beschleunigte. Horace Boucher war ein Modellbauer, der die Voltamp-Linie von Spielzeugzügen 1923 erwarb. Boucher versuchte, seine Produkte von Lionel und American Flyer zu unterscheiden, um Präzisionsdetails über sein Sortiment an Lokomotiven und Rollmaterial zu verwischen. Leider war sein Beharren auf Authentizität etwas vor seiner Zeit und Bouchers teure Linie der Züge nicht überlebte die Große Depression.
