Der Künstler dieses bemerkenswert winzigen doppelseitigen Porträts ist unbekannt. Diese uber-miniature zeigt ein Bild von Englands König Charles I (1600–1649) auf einer Seite und Königin Anne (1665–1714) auf der anderen Seite. Beide sind in Grautönen (grisaille) zusammengesetzt. Das Bild der Königin basiert eng auf ihrem 1703 Koronationsgemälde von Sir Godfrey Kneller, einer Ähnlichkeit, die weit verbreitet wurde. Königin Anne regierte nur fünf Jahre (1702–1707) und wird als letzte der Stuart Monarchen erinnert. Palast Intrigen und Gesundheitsfragen während der Königschaft von Queen Anne sind die Inspiration für den dunklen Komödiefilm, The Favourite (2018).
