poco después monet se mudó a argenteuil , compró un bote y lo convirtió en un estudio flotante . Lo mantuvo amarrado cerca de su casa y lo usó para obtener una vista de la orilla del río desde el agua . Como se ve aquí , también lo pintó desde el banco para estudiar los efectos de la sombra y el reflejo a distancia .
