She is the director of the Vietnam Fashion Design Institute (FADIN) in Ho Chi Minh City, and a leading figure in Vietnam's new fashion industry. Her work involves hybridising traditional designs with modern clothing, and she has been awarded international prizes for her contributions to the field.
