A group of blind men are about to pass through the gateway entrance to the Enoshima Benzaiten Shrine. The legend is that Sugiyama Kenko mastered the fine art of cupuncture after praying to the deity Benzaiten, thus many who were blind made the pilgrimage here to acquire this career-making skill. On the Daigiri Bridge across the Sakai River is a group of mountain worshippers. In the middle of the mountain we can see Yugyoji Temple (Shojoko-ji Temple).
