Van Duong Thanh is a Vietnamese artist, born in Tuy Hoa, Vietnam. She studied painting for twelve years during a difficult time in Vietnam's history. Her style is semi-abstract, and she has been described as one of the most talented artists in Asia. She has lived in Sweden since 1988. Her work has been exhibited in Vietnam, Sweden, and other countries.
