Questo vestito, con vita elevata, ha una scollatura a V. Il suo top blousy con maniche corte rifinite è costituito da un delicato telo di seta su pizzi neri e da un vuoto color crema. Decorativi rotondi spille strass shirr il delicato voile sulle spalle e scollatura. Il vestito è foderato con un bodice osseo di taffeta di seta. Un ampio sash trasversalmente shirred che è legato a sinistra e termina in una sciolta sciarpa fringed segna la vita e l'anca. La gonna di raso nero inizia sotto, asimmetricamente formata da un parallelogramma. Il tessuto è tenuto alto a sinistra e termina in un treno ponderato a destra. Il vestito è tipico dello stile tango popolare nel 1912. Tailor e draper John Redfern divenne fondata sull'isola di White negli anni 1850, aprì stabilimenti a Londra e Parigi nel 1881, e più tardi a New York e Chicago. Nel 1888 divenne fornitore di corte della regina Vittoria. Anche se la vera specialità della casa era abbigliamento e costumi, Redfern ha anche progettato eleganti abiti da sera.
