The Path from Posina to Florence Born in Posina, in the province of Vicenza, Giuseppe Maraschini began his artistic life in the quiet corners of Italy. His early training took place under the guidance of Peterlini before he moved to Florence in 1859. It was in this center of classical tradition that his skills were truly shaped.
