Early Life and Education Born: Setúbal, Portugal (1962) Fernanda Fragateiro's artistic journey began in Montijo, Portugal, where she was born in 1962. She demonstrated an early aptitude for the arts, leading her to study at Escola Secundária Artística António Arroio from 1978 to 1981, a specialized secondary school focusing on applied arts.
