Man in a Golden Helmet is an oil on canvas painting by the dutch painter and etcher Rembrandt van Rijn. It was painted in 1650. The artist has captured not the splendidly armored figure of an officer or general of his time but the tired features of an old man, who occasionally sat for him, and the gleaming splendor of an old helmet. This painting (67,5 x 50,7 cm) is currently housed the Staatliche Museen, Berlin.
