Miru Kim: Life and Art Early Life and Education Born in Stoneham, Massachusetts in 1981, Miru Kim is a multidisciplinary artist whose work spans photography, illustration, event coordination, and more. renowned South Korean contemporary philosopher also known as Do-ol. Kim returned to the United States in 1995, attending Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts.
