One of Raphael's most important papal commissions was the Raphael Cartoons, a series of 10 cartoons, of which seven survive, for tapestries with scenes of the lives of Saint Paul and Saint Peter, for the Sistine Chapel. St. Paul Preaching in Athens, (1515) is one of the seven remaining Cartoons for tapestries. It is now part of the collection of the Victoria and Albert Museum.
