A Life of Diverse Pursuits

After a brief period in the military, he turned his attention to art, studying at the Kunstakademie Berlin and the Karlsruher Kunstakademie. His work spanned various mediums, including bronze figures, wood reliefs, and monumental stone works. Some of his notable sculptural subjects included figures such as Urpflüger, Heldentod, Säugling, Tannenlandschaft, and Tänzerin.
