Giacomo Andreoli was an Italian painter, born in Gubbio, Italy in 1784 and died in 1860. He was known for his miniature portraits and was a member of the Sammarinese Christian Democratic Party. He held various positions in the government of San Marino, including Captain Regent, Secretary of State for Health and Social Security, and Secretary of State for the Territory and the Environment, Agriculture and Relations with the AASP.
