Harmen Willems Wieringa was a Dutch painter born in Wier, Netherlands in 1590. He was a portraitist who lived and worked in the northwestern part of the Dutch Republic, in Friesland. He was active in Leeuwarden from 1639 to 1644. He is known for his paintings and there is little biographical data known about him. He died in 1650.
