Xu Yongxiang, also known as Yongxiang Xu, was born in Harbin, China in 1977. He is a professor and Ph.D. holder in electrical engineering from the Harbin Institute of Technology. He is a member of IEEE and has published numerous scientific research papers in the field of electrical engineering. He is currently affiliated with the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Harbin Institute of Technology.
