Recognizing Janvier's innate aptitude for visual expression, the principal at Blue Quills Indian Residential School encouraged him to pursue art formally, setting the stage for his transformative journey into the world of modernist painting.- Born on Le Goff Reserve, Cold Lake First Nations.
