After graduating from the Darmstadt Music Academy, he immersed himself in the histories of music, German literature, and philosophy at the universities of Frankfurt am Main and Marburg. His early explorations were rooted in the mapping of language itself, where he experimented with visual and concrete poetry to find new ways to present the written word.
