诺伯特·特罗勒 (troller, norbert) 是一位享誉世界的捷克裔美国建筑师兼艺术家，于1896年出生在捷克共和国的布尔诺。他的生命轨迹充满了时代的动荡，曾在第一次世界大战中担任士兵，并一度沦为意大利人的战俘，所幸在一年内获释。战争结束后，他投身于学术殿堂，先是在布尔诺理工大学深造建筑学，随后又前往维也纳美术学院进一步磨炼艺术才华。
