The Life and Career of Johan Pasch
Born in Stockholm, Sweden, Johan Pasch was a painter, etcher, and decorative artist. He began his artistic journey studying under his father, Danckwardt Pasch, until 1724, after which he became a journeyman painter. He was among the first students at the newly founded Kungliga Ritareakademien, where he studied drawing with Guillaume Taraval.
