Giorgio Cavallon (March 3, 1904–Decemver 22, 1989) was a founding member of the American Abstract Artists and a pioneer Abstract Expressionist. Giorgio Cavallon was born March 3, 1904 in Sorio, near Vicenza Italy and immigrated to the USA in 1920. He became a US citizen in 1929.
