Sachant qu'il essayait toujours de surmonter ses problèmes de santé mentale , il savait qu'un voyage dans une grande ville pouvait être éprouvant . Il espérait que son séjour à l'asile lui permettrait de recommencer , se sentir bien . Il a souvent écrit qu'il se sentait mieux après avoir été hospitalisé .
