The quack. On a village square, a quack stands on an elevation under a large tree, showing the villagers the tooth (or stone) he pulled with a man tied to a chair. At the man's feet is a basket of eggs. On the table are all kinds of bottles and jars and a document with a seal. Right in the foreground, a woman pushes her drunk husband into a wheelbarrow. Very to the right is a violin on a pole with a monkey with a pipe.
