根据中国唐诗人杜福(712–770)所著"八醉隐士"一诗,此屏所描绘出四位隐士饮用,并推测其配对屏(现已失落)显示出其他四人. 凯哈 Yūshō’s (1533–1615) 使用最小笔划来描绘人们的特殊方法模仿了南宋画家梁启超(1130–1210)所著的"斯克奇风格"(Ch.
