辛淑珠回到韩国后向世宗王报告 至15世纪"海东杰古克吉"出版后,明和朝鲜王朝已经建立,东亚的国际关系已经为再生做好准备. 据此,信祐二十五年(1443年)出使日本,出任世宗御史中丞,报告日本国内情况. 辛通过出海和陆路访问京都约7个月,由鹤岛站入"吉海条约"并收集相关文件后回国.
