Feng Qiyong is a Chinese artist born in 1924 and died in 2017. He is known for his work in Calligraphy. He is a Master of A Dream of Red Mansions Studies. He is also a renowned scholar on the studies of Dream of the Red Chamber, one of the Four Great Classical Novels of Chinese literature. He was appointed vice chairman of Chinese Art Research Institute in 1986. He is also a professor of the Department of Chinese Literature at the University of China. He is also known for his work in Chinese calligraphy and painting.
