Nu Couché, besser bekannt als Red Nude in Englisch, ist Amedeo Modliganis meistgelobte Arbeit. Das Gemälde wurde oft reproduziert und der Popularität hinzugefügt. Das Gemälde zeigt eine nackte Frau, die auf einem Bett auf ihrem Rücken liegt, mit ihren Händen hinter ihrem Kopf. Modligani ist am besten bekannt für seine Serie von Gemälden mit nackten Menschen in ihnen, Red Nude offensichtlich der berühmteste. Es wurde im letzten Jahr für rund $170 Millionen an Liu Yiqian verkauft, ein weiterer Kunstsammler.
