Portrait of Maffeo Barberini (c. 1598) ist ein Gemälde des italienischen Barockmeisters Michelangelo Merisi da Caravaggio. Es findet in einer privaten Sammlung in Florenz statt. Barberini, 30 Jahre alt und aus der herausragenden Familie Florentine Barberini, war eine schnell wachsende Kirche Prälat, ein Freund von Caravaggios Schirmherrn Kardinal Francesco Maria Del Monte, und selbst ein Dichter und Schirmherr der Künste. Barberinis Unterstützung würde in spätere Jahre weitergehen – 1603 beauftragte er ein Sakrament von Isaac aus Caravaggio. 1623 wurde er Papst als Urban VIII.
