Eine Prinzessin des großen Lernens und der Schönheit, die heilige Katharina von Alexandria (viertes Jahrhundert) wurde in eine Debatte mit fünfzig heidnischen Oratoren herausgefordert, die sie zum Christentum konvertierte. Hier zählt sie die Punkte ihres Streits an zwei Männer, die Haloes als Hinweis auf ihre Bekehrung durch ihre Argumente tragen (und zukünftiges Martyrium von Kaiser Maxentius). Zwei diminutive Spender, die die Gewohnheiten von Franziskaner-Teriaries auf der linken Seite knien. Das Gemälde stammt aus dem Jahr 1380.
