Die Heilige Dreifaltigkeit (1577) ist ein Öl auf Leinwand Malerei von der spanischen Renaissance Maler, Bildhauer und Architekt El Greco. Bemalt für den Dachboden des Hochaltars von Santo Domingo el Antiguo, Toledo, über der Annahme zu gehen. Wahrscheinlich gemalt 1577-78, nach der Annahme. Es war El Grecos erste Kommission bei seiner Ankunft in Toleedo im Jahre 1577. Es gewann große Ruhm in Toledo, die künstlerisch eher archaisch und provinziell war, und etablierte eine erfolgreiche Karriere für El Greco in der Stadt. Das Gemälde (300 x 179 cm) befindet sich in der Sammlung des Museo del Prado, Madrid.
