Paula Melzi de Eril (Abbiategraso, 1751 – Zaragoza, 1804) war ein Adliger, der ursprünglich aus Italien stammte. Sie war bekannt als die Sonne von Mailand wegen ihrer Schönheit, Eleganz und Herkunft. Sie heiratete Juan Felipe de Rebolledo Palafox, Marquess von Lazán. Ihr Sohn, José de Rebolledo Palafox y Melzi, war Gouverneur von Zaragoza während des spanischen Unabhängigkeitskrieges und ein Held der Sieges von Zaragoza.
