Das Fenster V12 von Milan Duomo zeigt die Glory von Saint John the Good und, wie die anderen Fenster für die Südseite der Kathedrale (V11 und V 13), ist das Werk von Giovanni Battista Bertini, der zwischen 1838 und 1842 von der Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo di Milano in Auftrag gegeben wurde. Die drei Glasmalereifenster stehen über dem Altar, der dem Erzbischof von Mailand von 641 bis 651 gewidmet ist - der daran erinnert wird, dass er nach dem Genovese-Exil in der Lombardzeit den Bischofsdienst nach Mailand zurückgebracht hat. Unter den südlichen Fenstern ruhen seine Reliquien, die 1582 von Saint Charles Borromeo in die Kathedrale umgezogen wurden.
