Dieses frühitalienische Beispiel eines Öls auf Kupfer zeigt die Jungfrau, die die schapulare – ein kleines Stück Stoff symbolisch für das Joch Christi – auf dem Heiligen Simon Stock, einem englischen Karmeliter Mönch, der angeblich eine Vision dieses Ereignisses hatte. Zwei Spender knieten in der linken Mitte mit Saint Anthony von Padua.
