Der Sultan wird auf dem Arife-Thron gesehen, mit seinen schlanken Säulen auf seinen vier Ecken, tragen seine traditionellen Kaftan und Turban mit einer langen Aigrette. Die Säule und der dicke Vorhang auf der Rückseite sagen uns, dass der Sultan im Palast ist. Es gibt Lithographien von Sultan Selim III in der gleichen Zusammensetzung. Der Maler muss diese Lithographien verwendet haben, die im 19. Jahrhundert als Modell in Europa reproduziert und vertrieben wurden. Im Topkapı Palace gibt es auch ein Beispiel. Ein weiteres Beispiel hierfür ist der Lithograph von Aramyan und Sourieu in der Suna und İnan Kıraç Foundation Collection.
