Eine Hauptskulptur einer jungen Frau, die Diana vertritt. Angezogen in einer Tunika und mit Schuhen auf ihren Füßen hat sie einen Quiver auf ihrem Rücken und hält einen Bogen und Pfeil. In der römischen Mythologie war Diana (Artemis) die Göttin der wilden Tiere und der Jagd, die Tochter von Jupiter (Zeus) und Leto und Apollos Zwillingsschwester. Eine Mondgottheit, die mit der unberührten Natur und dem Wald verbunden ist, erhielt sie die Erlaubnis von Jupiter, nicht zu heiraten und für immer chaste zu bleiben.
