Diese Lokomotive stammt aus einer Reihe von nur zwei Einheiten belgischer Herkunft von Société John Cockerill und wurde von der Staatsbahn gekauft, um in den Minho e Douro-Netzwerken zu operieren, in den Dienst 1908. Es war für Personenzugdienste vor Ort gedacht, die in die Zone Porto und 1927 beschränkt waren, wurde nach Espinho übertragen. Es wurde auch sporadisch auf Frachtdienste verwendet. Es wurde Ende der 1960er Jahre aus dem Dienst entfernt.
