Im Jahr 1900 ernannte Präsident William McKinley den Pennsylvania-Anwältin James Montgomery Beck zur Position des Generalanwalts. Dieses heraldische Fenster war wahrscheinlich für sein neues Haus in der 1522 K Street bestimmt, aber 1903 verließ Beck plötzlich das öffentliche Büro, um der New Yorker Anwaltskanzlei Shearman und Sterling beizutreten, so dass die Washingtoner Kommission unrealisiert. In diesem Design interpretiert Tiffany die britische heraldische Tradition in zart gefärbtem Glas; der zentrale Wappen bezieht sich nicht direkt auf die Beck-Familie und ist wahrscheinlich fiktiv.
