Guaranas Malerei schmückt den Musikraum (Sala della Musica) der Ospedaletto-Kirche. Das Zimmer wurde für Konzerte von den Mädchen im Waisenhaus Santa Maria Derelitti verwendet, eine Einrichtung, die eine außergewöhnliche musikalische Ausbildung bot, mit Lehrern wie den Komponisten Domenico Cimarosa und Niccolò Porpora. Sein ganz weibliches Orchester wurde jedoch weniger gefeiert als das des Conservatorio della Pietà, das von Antonio Vivaldi geleitet wurde.
