Sistine Madonna, auch The Madonna di San Sisto genannt, ist ein Ölgemälde des italienischen Künstlers Raphael. Kurz vor seinem Tod, ca. 1513–1514, als in Auftrag gegebenes Altarbild, war es das letzte der Madonnas des Malers und das letzte Gemälde, das er mit seinen eigenen Händen vollendete. Von 1754 nach Dresden verlegt, ist das bekannte Gemälde in Deutschland besonders einflussreich. Nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg wurde sie seit einem Jahrzehnt nach Moskau verlegt, bevor sie nach Deutschland zurückkehrte. Dort befindet es sich als eines der zentralen Teile der Gemäldegalerie Alte Meister.
