Der Engel, der Abraham von Isaak Isaak zu Gott abhält, ist ein Öl auf Leinwand Malerei durch den Herzog Maler und etcher Rembrandt van Rijn. Es wurde 1635 gemalt. Das ist das größte Gemälde des Meisters aus den 1630er Jahren. Rembrandt verhaftete den Moment, als der Engel Abrahams Arm stiftet, der seinen Sohn Gott opfern will. Der überraschte Abraham fällt sein Messer. Dieses Gemälde (193 x 133 cm) ist derzeit in The Hermitage, St. Petersburg untergebracht.
