Rechts ist die Scarborough Lifeboat Station.Das Bootshaus wurde 1940 gebaut.Das Gemälde zeigt Schiffswracks und diese Tragödien führten schließlich zur Entwicklung eines Rettungsbootdienstes.Die Station wurde 1821 in den Hafenbereich bewegt.Von 1801 bis 1984 gab es 567 Starts des Scarborough Lifeboat und 441 Leben wurden gerettet.Während dieser Zeit waren insgesamt 16 Rettungsboote verloren.
