Um empfängere para bebidas quentes, feito em Londres em 1761-1762, com tampa móvel, apresenta uma profusa decoração de inspiração barroca, com cartelas, volutas, reticulados, rosas, amoras e tulipas. Ein inserção de dois pequenos anéis de marfim na asa permitia isolá-la do calor.
