Die Annunciation, auch bekannt als Cestello Annunciation, ist ein Tempera-Malerei von der italienischen Renaissance Meister Sandro Botticelli, um 1489-1490. Es ist in der Uffizien Galerie von Florenz untergebracht. Das Bild wurde 1489 von der Kirche des florentinischen Klosters von Cestello in Auftrag gegeben, das heute als Santa Maria Maddalena de'Pazzi bekannt ist. Unter dem Gemälde auf seinem ursprünglichen Rahmen sind Worte aus dem Hl. Lukas-Evangelium: "Der Heilige Geist wird auf dich kommen, und die Kraft des Höchsten wird dich überschatten."
