Papst Paul III. und seine Großsöhne wurden von der italienischen Renaissance Künstler Titian zwischen 1545-1546 auf Öl und Leinwand gemalt. Das Gemälde porträtiert den alten Papst Paul III sitzend, mit seinem Neffen Ottavio Farnese, Herzog von Parma kniet auf seiner linken Seite, und, hinter ihm auf der rechten Seite, sein anderer Neffe Alessandro spendet das Kardinalkleid. Es ist in der Gallerie di Capodimonte, Neapel, Italien untergebracht und wurde als Meisterwerk der "psychologischen Kunst" bezeichnet.
