Während die Lehre am Bauhaus in Weimar (ab 1922) war Kandinsky immer mehr von konstruktiven und rationalen Elementen in der Kunst und ihrer Kommunikation besetzt. Im Jahr bemalte er mächtig rot (1928) Wassily Kandinsky gab im Rahmen eines künstlerischen Stiftungskurses am Bauhaus einen Kurs zur Abstraktion. Die folgenden Fragen wurden behandelt:
