Foto von Yoon Dongju zusammen mit Jeong Byeonguk. Jeong Byeonguk war die Junior des Dichters in der Schule. Er betrat das Yonhui College zwei Jahre nach Yoon Dongju und kam mit dem Dichter in die Nähe, als sie gemeinsam in der Pinson Hall Schlafsaal und in den Pensionshäusern von Nusang-dong lebten. Jeong Byeonguk bot ein handschriftliches Gedichtbuch seines sijo (traditionelles koreanisches Gedicht bestehend aus drei Zeilen von 14-16 Silben), das seine Gefühle zum Abschlussgeschenk für Yoon Dongju ausdrückte. Der Dichter bot auch sein handschriftliches Gedichtbuch für Charity, „Sky, Wind, Stars und Poem“ an Jeong Byeonguk.
