Zahariy Zograph (1810–1853). Er war einer der prominentesten Künstler der National Revival-Zeit und der erste typische Vertreter der weltlichen Kunst im 19. Jahrhundert. Er war der Sohn des Malers Hristo Dimitrov, obwohl er studierte Malerei mit seinem Bruder Dimitar Zograph. Seine Ikonen und Fresken finden sich in den Kirchen in Plovdiv (1834–40), Zlatograd (1834), Asenovgrad (1838–41), Koprivshtitsa (1838), Zlatograd (1834), und in Bachkovo Kloster (1840) Kloster, Kloster der Transfiguration Gottes (1849, 1851), Rila Kloster (1844–45), Troyanastery.
