In den frühen 1970er Jahren war David Porter ein Fotograf für einige der einflussreichsten australischen Rockmusik und Underground-Publikationen (Go-Set, Daily/Planet, Rolling Stone (Australian Edition), The Digger. Porter basierte in Melbourne, sein Thema der Zeitgeist seiner Rock/Pop-Musik, Underground-Theater und Counterculture Szenen, manchmal als „David Porter“, manchmal „Jacques L’Affrique“, manchmal „Jack Africa“. 1973 verließ er Melbourne, arbeitete in der kommerziellen Fotografie und verfolgte eine Lehre Karriere. JOHN FARNHAM Sänger, Bühne und TV-Darsteller. Popstar 1967-78 (König von Pop 1969-73). Sängerin Little River Band 1982-85. Nummer eins in fünf aufeinanderfolgenden Jahrzehnten. Nineteen ARIA Awards. 2003 Hall of Fame inductee. 1987 Australier des Jahres. In den frühen 70er Jahren gezwungen, in Clubs und Musicals zu spielen. Ian Meldrum schrieb Wenn Farnham nicht (Overseas) geht, kann er sich nur auf unterhaltsame Betrunkene in Hotels und Nachtclubs als Zukunft freuen. Mit Manager Glenn Wheatley verjüngte seine Karriere. Freddy Carpenter (geb.1908 d.1989). Australischer Theaterdirektor arbeitet meist in Großbritannien. Regie John Farnham in der Melbourne Produktion von „Charlie Girl“.
