In the centre, the throne of Sigismund III (A) under the canopy, set against the background of a wall with a frieze of 16 coats of arms of voivodships, lands and fiefs of the Commonwealth, referring to the official title of the king. On both sides, the senators of priests (D) and laity (E) sitting on chairs and headgear, with the distinguished Archbishop of Gniezno - Primate (B) and Archbishop of Lviv (C) (over both archbishops, the ministers responsible for the cross are holding crosses). Opposite the throne of 10 Crown and Lithuanian dignitaries (Grand Marshals, Chancellors, Sub-Cancellors, Treasurers, Court Marshals), next to the monarch stand court dignitaries (G) and behind the back of senators and ministers are Crown and Lithuanian regional deputies (H).
